Minsie completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia in 2011 with a Bachelor’s in Nutrition Science. She then received her M.S. in Physician Assistant Studies at Touro University Nevada and has been board certified by the NCCPA since November 2021. Her role in the urgent care setting is to help patients feel welcome and comfortable and to give the best possible care.
In her spare time, Minsie enjoys playing with her two cats, going on walks with her husband, and looking for the best places to eat in Atlanta.
