Lynn Townley is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 36 years of experience in healthcare. Her background spans a wide range of specialties, including the operating room, in patient, critical care, cardiac catheterization lab, and vascular access, giving her a comprehensive perspective on patient care.
Lynn earned her degree from Chamberlain University and is board-certified as an FNP-C. She currently focuses her practice in urgent care, where she is dedicated to providing timely, compassionate, and evidence-based treatment. Her clinical interests include managing urgent injuries, preventive medicine, and patient education, with an emphasis on empowering patients to take an active role in their health.
Known for her approachable style and calm, reassuring manner, Lynn values listening closely to patients and tailoring care to their individual needs while treating the patient as a whole. . She strives to create an environment where patients feel comfortable, respected, and confident in the care they receive.
In addition to her clinical practice, Lynn serves as a preceptor for nurse practitioner students, mentoring future providers as they develop their skills and confidence in patient care.
Outside of work, Lynn enjoys cooking for family and friends, traveling, and volunteering in her community.
