Jennifer Smith is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and graduate of the University of North Georgia. With over 30 years of experience in the nursing field, she is committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality, patient-centered care and brings extensive experience in emergency room and urgent care settings.
Born and raised in Gainesville, Georgia, Jennifer now resides in Buford with her husband and maintains strong ties to the local community. As a married mother of five, she understands the importance of family, balance, and community. Her professional approach is guided by empathy, clinical excellence, and a strong dedication to improving patient outcomes.
Outside of her clinical practice, she enjoys taking care of her animals, spending time with her family, and going to the beach.
